YOUAR grew out of a world class, highly creative and technically innovative animation/production company, Bent Image Lab, / Bent Design Lab based in Portland Oregon. Our team of artists had visions of how Augmented Reality could inspire the world with art and wonder.

We wanted to create user-to-user persistent AR experiences. however, THE TECHNOLOGY JUST WASN’T THERE. With the help of some inspired young geniuses, we struck out to build our own. IN THE PROCESS we became a technology company, inventing an entirely new AR cloud framework. We then creating the only multi-application AR browser, and an Adaptive Anchor Network. We started the Open AR Cloud Foundation, cofounded the Open AR Cloud Association , and developed 17 AR-related patents to date.
